ok, the first 1/3 of characters life. If your going for a max power character hence the 100% free casting gear that got us on the no half perks needed. Then surviving 16 levels is not hard. Magicka potions may be inconvenient but they solve the problem.

so your saying that you disagree because from lvl 1-16 you had a harder time without the half perks? In the scope of the game your character is still a baby at lvl 16. All you need is magicka potions problem solved. Carry a crap ton of them.
The master level spells suck because you cant aim...
a difficulty slider/setting that goes unlimited. That way no matter how powerful you are you can make the game challenging. Currently its brain numbingly easy on master. Needs to be 4x as difficult at the minimum
if you start crafting by doing alchemy first youll be 200k rich by time finished with alchemy then it wont matter how much anything costs. After alchemy I did enchanting and smithing. I just bought all the materials including filled soul gems(lesser, petty) rather than fill them myself
speech is low on the list of required perks. But if you have spare perks it does ease the unrest some of us OCD players feel when a merchant only has 1k to give us for our mad loot :)
Being able to sell anything to all merchans is also useful if grinding the crafting skills.
the best merchants come from completing the thieves guild questline. Once your the guildmaster fences have 4k gold on them + 500 for investing in them + 1000 for top merchant perk
its an exponential curve with the crafting items. eventually you can create weapons that sell for 20k a peice for like 1-2k in item cost. Of course youll only get like 5500 from any of the vendors I ever ran across
Just a few hours real time, not weeks then back to exploring. From an RPG purposes think of it as training which any warrior/mage would do before going out into the world
No...sneak affects visually whether NPCs see you. And with +100% sneak if I got right up close to the braziers at whiterun exit doors the guard would be able to see me.
Muffle affects sound whether NPCs hear you. And whether it was wasted space depends on whether they had 1 or 2 perks in...
