Lydia was never a problem for me but I just don't like her snarky attitude and the fact she sits in my bedroom. I was married to Vilkas when I was a Redguard. He was good but so UGLY. Very sweet to me though. I really like Erandur.. was with him with a Dark Elf character. His conversations are...
I have a feeling if you found him he wouldn't have the conversation options you need. Someone posted somewhere else that they did the console player.moveto thing and found him but he wouldn't start the quest. So I guess we're hosed.
Well if it's working for you I know where he's supposed to be. When you enter the city walk past the sale stalls and down the right side of the lower street level. He should be standing in front of an abandoned house. He should be talking to someone about strange lights.
I was able to do...
I have the problem outlined at uesp wiki. I can't start the House of Horrors quest. It has something to do with not coming in the city the right way and the Forsworn quest not starting and it breaks the Haunted House quest. I tried console commands but they don't work and I tried killing...
Yes I really hated that she always sits in the bedroom. Me being a female also I wouldn't want to be married and have the three of us all in the bedroom. Not into that. But I don't really live in Whiterun. Just pass through. She was a pretty good follower for me except the attitude. Didn't...
I struggled with this too. My first character .. the Redguard pictured.. was pretty good except she joined the theives guild. I felt bad when the guards kept telling me they knew what a sneak I was. Probably didn't help I wear the Guild Armor..lol. I tried to create a bad person but I still...
Me too. I have among other things 10 pounds of instruments from the Bards quests I can't drop. That's a lot to carry for nothing. And even if they don't weigh anything it just makes your inventory more confusing.
Yeah.. don't kill Paarthurnax... "Return to Ebern" stays on your quest list forever but the Greybeards tell you where word walls are. If you kill the dragon the Greybeards won't help you any more and the Blade quests aren't all that much.
If you don't use the mod manager to install the mod will it still keep track of them? I want to uninstall my mods, I only have a few, before 1.4 so I can start over with a clean install. What do you think? Some mods might not work with 1.4 or the update might fix some things I modded for in...
Yes, thank you. I was frustrated that evening because I started that battle at midnight.. not the best time to start something major. I thought I knew the city fairly well but I didn't remember about that way past the player owned house. So I kept going all the wrong ways. But thanks for the...
I think the problem is I don't have the mod manager. I thought that there was something I needed to download but on the nexus site I couldn't find a download for the manager itself. I know you must think I'm stupid.. but I thought maybe the button itself was the manager. Can you post a link...
On skyrimnexus I can't download with manager. I get this when I try. What am I missing?

I cannot get to the Palace of Kings. NOT because of the wooden barracades. But there are piles of rocks blocking my path to the courtyard... if I go through the cemetery there is a pile of rock or if I want to go the other way up over the bridge towards the Oddities store there is a pile of...
I agree with what's been said here. It does seem a little better the second time. But worse in some ways.
Better: I don't waste so much time bumbling around. For example I don't even buy the house in Whiterun because I know I never use it. I stop and listen to conversations more. There are...
I couldn't agree more. It takes so freaking long to just enter a building. I have 361 hours of gameplay now and I would bet 61 of them was spent waiting to enter a city or a building. Does anyone know if it's quicker if you're not connected to Steam? Is it loading on the internet?
Yes, it killed my follower too. I think it's indiscriminate. Use it when you want to kill a crowd and you don't have a follower. Like if you come upon a fort of enemies.
First time through I sided with the stormcloacks because of the beheading thing and the no Talos thing... but now that I'm a Dark Elf the Nord racism and the whole Forsworn thing in Markarth.Well if you do that quest there you will hate the nords.
