I finally got tired of that priest too... since my archery/sneak was so high and with added bonus' of a necklace,ring and circlet I snuck up onto the roof of the Temple of the Dead (it's low and the main roof blocks the view from every other direction) and then in the early evenings before everyone went to bed... I hide up there, knock my sharpest arrow, and waited until all the guards and people were looking away from me and him... and loosed the arrow. One shot and he was all done preaching and no one knew who did it.
I then jumped down from my perch and walked over to him, picked him up and set him on the bench near by like he was resting

In Whiterun there are the two redguard mercs standing at the front gate, I've tried to pick them off with bows, but there's just to many other people around and no real good hiding spot to take them out. Oh how I wish you could load two arrows and shoot two targets at once! LOL
So, I did the next best thing. Waited until 2am, parked my follower in my house, went around back and in the shadows out of sight of everyone, turned into the wolf, sprinted around the house to the gate, slaughtered one, opened the gate and ran off into the fields behind the town, changed back, put my gear on and went back to town. then did it again for the second guy.... no more redguards.

The guy that works for Belethor never bothered me, but that guy outside the store, I think he's a Grey-Mane, bothers me... he might have to get an arrow.

I have a new target but I'm not sure if he's killable. The prick in the Riften Jarl's Palace. I think he's the Jarl's son, the arrogant, cocky one.

BTW it seems that the game makers knew that people were going to kill Heimskr. Sometime after I klled him I went down the Whiterun's hall of the dead and his body is there in a named coffin. Nothing much to loot though

People still occasionally stand where they used to stand when he was preaching, I guess they're just preying to Talos.

Heimskr is the Talos preacher right? If so he was one of the first people I killed after the Talos preacher in Riften, if you haven't noticed I don't like Talos and at any opportunities I kill his "worshippers" (I'm an Altmer).

Yeah, that's the number 1 non-quest related target in the game, it seems, other than the kids.

I prefer to go for dogs myself, they bark too much.

I like the idea of paying a visit to one of Skyrim's cities 'with extreme predjudice''. You might want to strear clear of Markarth for a while, it will be undergoing renovations.

Aerin from Riften - Is going to be visiting the void very soon.

Oh yes I killed this little stocker after inducting Mjoll the Lioness into the Blades, Aerin showed up at Sky Haven temple a few days later. When I saw him I snapped this was the whole reason I inducted her into the blades in the first place he was allways following her around in Riften. I most admit my jealousy of Aerin, Mjoll aways talks about him and how he saved her bla bla bla. I had tried to kill Aerin infront of Mjoll before and this made her very angry. So when Saw Aerin at Sky haven temple I had Mjoll follow me outside then I told her to go wait for me back inside. Once me and Aerin where allow I cut his Head clear off his body then continued to "FUS RO DAH" his lifeless remains to the bottom of the mountain.

I actually heard a new one today, I was walking passed a stormcloak town guard and he said "I used to be the best soldier in the Stormcloaks then I took a sword to the chest"

Killed him too, and it was actually pretty satisfying because I got a finishing cutscene thing on him and actually stabbed him in the chest

Yeah, when I get my PC version, I'm hunting down the series of console commands to render Maven Black-Briar mortal (they better exist!) and then it's judgment day for her. Seriously. That woman.

I know it, it's ''setessential (baseid) 0'' but without commas, and replace the (baseid) with the actual Base-ID of the character you want to kill, you could find it on the net or use the console command ''Help (Npc name) 4'' which will bring up the Base-ID of the NPC you wrote his name.
