How much do you prefer to be in VL form?

I heard someone say that Werewolves don't get enough love from Bethesda, this, quite frankly, makes me laugh. Firstly, it amuses me that whenever something is improved, someone has to complain about the thing they like not getting improved, or not improved to their liking. So, let's clear... -
WTF-I wants Theives Guild to be mine!
Excuse the obnoxious title. Anyway, I'm unsure as to whether or not this is a bug, but how in the seven hells do you become the Thieves Guild Master? I did the main quest line first, then started doing some sides quests, but I don't want to go any further until I know if I'm bugged or not...- Kage
