He rules because he has the right to. The elves just feel like conquering everyone else because they are selfish and think they are the best. One example is you. And no im not seven and i know that your not speaking like a 17 year old because i have a 19 year old brother, an 18 year old brother and a 16 year old sister and none of them talk like you because their normal. Your probably a nerd that sits on the couch playing videos games all day and has no friends. You probably spend all your time buying games and playing video games. Um..he rules because he has the right to? That makes absolutely no sense at all. The empire came into power because they killed everyone that opposed them. So really, if the Thalmor/Dominion were to do the same thing, then they would have the right to rule, by your logic. And before you freak on me, think about this, how are Empires formed?
