Yea u can pretty much fix any problem like that on pc, unfortunately i'm on xbox. As for patch 1.9 if thats the patch that adds legendary diff i wouldn't know, i refuse to add that patch cuz i don't like some of the changes it makes.
I use tons of modded saves but i don't mod them myself, there are so many u can download from various websites that there's no reason to, i do have the pc version of skyrim but my poor laptop can barely even start the game. A friend of mine mods xbox skyrim saves all the time with his pc tho.

I'd have to look it up, i know for a fact its my driver that can't handle the game and even if i bought a better one i don't know anyone who could install it, dude i know about as much with cars as i do computer hardware, which isn't much, lol As for a mod i'd like to see on a console save? One that allows u to kill essential npc's! My friend says it can't be done cuz mods like that won't stick but maybe there's a way.
Barbas has one of the most irritating voices I've ever heard. I'm pretty sure you can't kill him before the end of the quest, but oh gods, how I wish I could.

Nah, they attack u no matter what. I think its cuz those vampires belong to a rival clan from the one u join, although sometimes if u save one from a group of vigilents they won't attack, unless u get close of course. As for the one's who try an trick u i always just open fire on them the second i hear them say "hey traveler! come over here" lol
But they aren't Vampire Lords, their weak thinbloods, I am surprised why they would even challenge you, do they really believe they could defeat a Lord
I agree it doesn't make any sense story wise, but thats how there programmed.
and you know what else, when they say they want your blood does it occure to them that your blood would probably be to potent for a lesser vampire, You have both Vampire LORD Blood and Dragonblood and if they tried to drink it it would probably kill them.
Interesting concept. Or it simply wouldn't do anything, seeing as your blood is undead same as there's. That'd be like a zombie trying to eat another zombie. lol
