I've only ever made female characters. I tend to always play my gender in most games. Perhaps one of these days I'll make a guy so he can marry Jenessa and have her live like a queen in Proudspire.

Batman is shocked at your comment.
I've always played as a male character in every game that allows you to choose. I never really think of making a female character.

Besides, what would I name them? Rather not name them after myself, that would be weird...

I usually play female characters, because it's a fantasy game. You get to do things you can't experience IRL, like use Magic, Kill Dragons, be Pretty... Of course, I' Gender Dysphoric anyway, so it's hardly a break from character. Lately, I've be doing a lot of men, because the Master Robes, and Ulfric's Clothes look better.

Anyone can marry anyone (That has the dialog option) regardless of gender.

I do a mixture :) I currently have two female characters and one male (my next character I'm planning is male as well).

Medea

The Shadow Queen
Actually, I have two male characters and one female. The female character is my main build, and the character I spend the vast majority of my time on. One of my male characters was made to be a wilderness warrior (a ranger type) that avoids civilized life at all costs, a "doomsday prepper", if you will. ;) The other is a vampire I made just for the Dawnguard DLC, and based on Strahd von Zarovich of Ravenloft fame (if you ever played old school D&D, you know who I'm talking about).

Raijin

A Mage that loves a Templar
I thought of developing my first female avatar, but I'm a bit uneasy with it. Perhaps if I improve the quality of my acting, and writing that maybe I can finally have something for a female version of Dragonborn. Maybe I can name my first Female character Xena, and have her become a lesbian... now that would be something else. I always liked the show :)

Hero of Jorvasskr
I've so far created a male Nord Berserker, a female Breton pure mage, and a female Redguard spellsword. I know some guys might have a problem with having pure badass female dragonborns, but Skyrim seems to have a large amount of badass warrior chicks like Aela and Mjoll.

I cant really play as an opposite sex, it just makes me feel like a perv. Im playing for killing stuff and having fun not for getting a sexual thrill out of my character

Just in time for the fiyahworks show! BOOM!

Yea, it's a game. With pixels. I don't think most people who do play as the opposite do it because of the 'sexual thrill', but rather just for the role playing purposes.

Well if you look at just about any skyrim pc mod review their characters are in really skimpy armor and they have a bunch of body enhancement mods

Well I never used a mod like that... then again I do have a borderline skimpy retexture of Nightingale armor... Though it's not nearly as revealing as say the Forsworn armor. But the skimpy armor mods always bugged me. They just tend to go further beyond the pervy line then I'm comfortable with. That and I just don't think they look all that good. Most of it seems to be straight off of a bad fantasy novel cover. Also the body enhancement mods just seem... really really out of place to me.

I think the trend is usually PC is female oriented characters console Is male... Could be wrong but thats how I see it. Regardless I love female dark elves. Something about them is super... Decadent.

I find that I tend to make moslty male charecters, but I usually make a female for at least one playthrough of a game. Something strange I have noticed is when I role play a female I tend to be more evil. I guess its because I don't feel like I have to be nice to other females in the game, but its still kinda wierd that It always seems to happen like that.

I play on pc and I don't use any skimpy armor or body mods, but I can understand where you are coming from with that, there are a lot of horny people out there lol ;).

To me, it's kind of like all the Star Wars mods, such as Magicka Sabers. If I want to play a Star Wars game, I'll load one. If I wanted Porn, it's all over the internet. Just stop trying to avoid it for 5 minutes, and it practically finds you. You can get it in 3D, or a little girl with huge eyes, and a skimpy Kogal uniform getting raped by a Dragon, if that's your thing. Rule 34, I guess, but why does it have to Dominate the Apparel Mods? For the most part, I've seen 2 different kinds, Skimpy, OP, and Skimpy Op. Oh, and retextures to make Daedric look even more eviler.

Do what you want with the CK, but do I have to see it?

I've found some good, lore friendly armor mods. Granted the large majority are skimpy op stuff and weird Japanese things but you know that those things will always be there.

I just wish I didn't have to sort through So Many just to get a tasteful one. I tried typing "Tasteful" in the Steam search bar. Didn't really work...
