u could cast flare and helping hand on ur horse u get destruction and restoration up at the sametime.
u could cast oakflesh by an enemy locked in a cage(a wolf in a cage. open then close the cage will make it hostile toward u.)
wan u get good enough at alteration u can cast waterbreathing in shallow water or detect life in a bar
