Why does Bethesda have to make NPCs look so realistic (and give them believable personalities to boot) ? It's totally distracting me from quests.

Being a straight female I have been enjoying a few pieces of eye candy in Skyrim and the DLCs:

-Totally in love with Teldryn Sero, holy crap
-Farkas is pretty hot, but I had to let him go as a follower as he's an oaf who loves to keep getting his head slammed in spiked gates over and over again
-Feran Sadri and Garan Marethi are kind of creepy looking, but the way they say "Hello there" is like sex (can you tell I have a bit of a thing for dark elves?)

Who have you had your eye on?

Gotta say that red headed drug dealer in Whiterun has captured my heart, and if I were not also a ginger she would have my soul. I don't know what it is about Ysolda, but almost every one of my Whiterun based characters ends up marrying her.

Brynjolf is kinda cute, but I think I like his voice more than anything. He's a little too smooth personalitywise.

Truth be told, most of the NPCs in the game piss me off. Then again, people in general piss me off...

Ohhh and Gelebor. Oh he is dreamy. But he seems so pure that I feel wrong ogling him. Lol

Serana, mainly for her personality. She's just the opposite of me, always griping about something in an oddly likeable sort of way while I play the unwavering optimist (mostly)... wub her to death.

Also, Brynjolf and Delvin. I could just sit in the Thieves Guild all day and listen to them talk for hours. I tend to find pretty much any guy with a nice accent attractive xD

at the moment I'm totally crushing on Gregor, housecarl of Heljarchen house. The porntache does it for me. He's a damn good fighter as well, can take more of a beating than most of my NPC followers. Like being protected by a big ol' porn star. And that accent... the way he says "hurry back - my place is by your side!" girls, he can have any side of me he wants.

I keep trying to get Gregor to slip into a skimpy topless fur armour, but he won't have it, the frickin' tease.

Have you tried improving the armor at a smithy? I found that I was able to equip some barely-there Forsworn armor on Teldryn by upping it to legendary.

Also a note on Teldryn's helmet: Don't fret if you're playing on a console, if you get pickpocketing to 100 and get the Perfect Touch perk, just dismiss him and you can swipe that chitin helmet right off. He will equip any improved headgear you give him.

.....I do like that Brynjolf/Ulfric voice, but I've never really been attracted to their characters.
I mostly base it off personalities and how adorably nice they are to me. But I do think all the ones I listed are pretty handsome, even the elves, lol.

If I were a guy, I'd say Ysolda, Mjoll, Svana, and... maybe Jarl Elisif? xP

I have a few. First of all, Onmund. (Can't help it, I like nerdy guys. Nerdy guys who can also shoot bolts of lightning from their hands are pretty much guaranteed to score with me.) I found his "I'm gonna do my thing whether anyone else likes it or not" attitude appealing. He's the most useful follower I've ever had, and as a husband he's very sweet.

I may or may not be guilty of having him wear iron armor solely because it exposes his arms...they're quite nice

Brynjolf. Probably just as a brief fling, though. Still, how fun would that be?
