A sabre cat manage to sneak up behind Raijin, and just as he turned around it wand up scratching him in the face, BAD mistake. Unfortunately for the cat it wand up being incinerated by the mastery of the arcane arts

Oh and Ulfvir wouldn't have the opportunity to lift his clunky hammer up in time to touch Raijin

lizard mann was not worried. if head is like tail, head would grow back. still was very rude. also stormcloaks give lizard mann nice place to sleep down at the docks. once there was a mudcrab there, take lizard mann's magic hat. lizard mann try to take it back from mudcrab, but by then mudcrab was too powerful. lizard mann needs to find new magic hat.
