I agree with a lot of the other people saying to take a break. I too got bored of Skyrim, and put the game away for like 3-4 months, and played other games. Then i started looking at different builds and classes to role pay with, i even tried a sneak/assassin type character which i rarely play...
Same thing happened to me. How far are you in the storyline? When that happened i just left her then as the story progressed she randomly showed up during one of the main quest cutscene/conversations where she was needed and she was able to follow me again
It's that guy who always preaches in front of the Talos statue (i forgot his name, i know it starts with an 'H') Have you done the civil war quest involving Whiterun? If yes it's because his house in the corner is smashed by catapult debris.
It has to be a glitch, the same thing happened to me in Riften. It was for my wedding and my game glitched out and no matter what time i arrived i missed the wedding and while everyone was leaving and saying some nasty words a random, naked bosmer corpse just appeared and fell on the floor...
No there is another one you have to find by exploring, i don't want to give any spoilers away but it was really creepy for me because it caught me off guard and i hadn't encountered that type of enemy yet...
Anyway i really don't like going under the College of Winterhold it's just so cold...
i love to read alot of the books, i remember i went on a search for all of the Barenzaih (sp?) books because i found them so interesting. I love to collect all the books in the game, even the random npc journals
Before the game came out i remember watching the gameplay videos on youtube, and in the video the talk option popped up on the giants; so when the game came out unaware i walked up to the giant casually at lv 1..... yeah
yeah i think this is something the developers may have overlooked
*spoiler*
I'm Harbinger of the Companions and i still get guards asking if i "fetch the mead"
Yeah figured that out too when i saw Molag Bal's altar and according to lore he is the one who created vampires, of course im still gonna buy it , it looks like there are alot of new and cool features.

i was bored one day so i decided i would save and then just kill everyone in Whiterun and reload, and when it was over i saw Heimskr dead laying halfway up on the shrine of talos, it actually looked like he was reaching for it (which i thought was kinda cool)
The dragon at Autumnwatch tower; this was when i was at about level 6 and didn't know what the dragon's head on my map marker meant so i went to investigate. I fought it for 45 minutes running tower to tower and then died, it took me a couple of reloads to finally beat it...
that and the...
Some have speculated that it might involve Meridia, because her sword's name dawnbreaker and it have the same glow as the dovahkiins eyes. Personally, i hope it's not another daedra driven storyline
