Sneak and Heavy Armour
Just wanted to clarify that if you get the Conditioning perk there's no penalty for sneaking in heavy armour? Also what about the Steed Stone as it says it mitigates movement penalties? I want to know because I want to make a Khajiit assassin using bows primarily but then claws as a back up...- JDizzle

I'm trying to make the ultimate tank build. I figure Breton + Lord's Stone + Alteration + Alchemy + Smithing + Heavy Armour + Block + Enchanting is the way to go.
