    Do the Dawnguards offer a chance to become a werewolf?

    Are crossbows exclusive to the Dawnguard faction?

    I was under the impression that crossbows were only going to be available for the vampire hunters. But I have recently heard that you can get the crossbow regardless of who you side with. Also I was wondering the same thing for the Dragonbone weapons. Can somebody confirm this?
