Thane of Falkreath
the female dark brotherhood Initiate is my favorite follower, not particularly funny but everytime i have her as my follower she makes me feel like a god damn overlord.
"yes, listener."
"i am yours to command."
i feel overpowered when i'm with her and not to mention the blades i recruited but for the funniest- i'd have to say Derkeethus. i don't know why but every time i'm with him and go into a dwemer ruin he goes stupid and start attacking walls or just caught on something. it's both hilarious and frustrating at the same time.

Farfetch'd is judging you!
I never have followers with me because they're slow and just get in the way. Now, were i to use a follower, I'd probably go with Derkeethus because his Argonian, or J'zargo or Kharjo because the Khajiit have funny comments and accents.

Mjoll, for her brilliant commentary and insights. A story teller like no other, she thralls me with her tales of her mother and her father and of bandits plopsting themselves when she pulls out Grimsever. Oh, I wish I could marry her so that I could listen to her stories of conquest in bed!

You just wanna soil her armor.

Two of my housecarls that make great followers, that I never see mentioned are Gregor, housecarl of Heljarchen Hall, and Argis the Bulwark, housecarl of Vlindrel Hall in Markarth. Gregor has an enthusiasm for battle that I find infectious. Argis the Bulwark is just a no nonsense warrior who doesn't complain. They're both very reliable, although I never sneak, so they may not be ideal for that approach. :beermug:

If you have Golldir as a follower during the Burning of the King ritual, he will try to flirt with the female bards and they will make fun of him and he ends up calling them all harpies :)

I can't think of his name offhand, but the carl of the Morthal house is a good, light-armored, spellsword. He uses ice spikes and one of the mage armor spells, if I recall.

My favorite is definetlly Cicero. When i'm in some scary dungeons he is there to cheer me up! He also have good rhyme sense. Cicero: "The Night Mother has spoken, silence has been broken, the listener has been CHOSEN!!!"

DrunkenMage

Intoxicated Arch-Mage
While I'm not too fond of her constant complaining. My 'funniest' moment with a follower would be when Serana (sp?) decided she'd make the comment "That is breath taking" or something like that I believe. I looked at it, turned to her, looked at it again. Thought to myself "We're in a Falmer cave, with crude huts, dead things and egg sacks full of nasty plops... you and me have very different likes and dislikes."

here have a cookie :)
i like cicero, serana and kharjo, but ive never had cosnach. can someone tell me where he is. i want him badly after reading these

Both khajiit followers have the same dialogue.

Cosnach is funny when you're in a fight and he says "remember - hit the one in the middle"
and when you come to a spectacular view like a waterfall inside a cave or something, he says "Am I drunk? I must be drunk"
And when you use a healing spell on him he says "my hangover's gone!"

Just so you know that "Hit the one in the middle" is a reference to Rocky IV if I'm not mistaken

I think it's funny when Farkas is following you in Dustman's Cairn and says "Skjor says I have the strength of Isgramor, and my brother, his smarts."

Basically what Skjor was saying, in a nice way that obviously went over Farkas's head is that Farkas is a dumbass, lol

2 wards: he is.

ZeroDragon

Bring me my broadsword, and clear understanding.
Cicero was for a while, a short while, until his voice just irritated me. Marcurio's sarcastic tone is my favourite if I want a laugh.

I like Annekke so much that I actually deleted a save where I'd given her tricked out Wolf Armor and Glass weaponry 'cause I would've felt to guilty taking it back when I decided I didn't want a follower after all.

Why take it back? I figure, the dragonborn isn't hurting for weapons or money usually, so why not let them keep their stuff?
