Hargood

Defender of Helpless Kittens
OOC: I would love to know your stories.

One of the greatest parts about TES games is that starting out as a prisoner isn't known by Bethesda... It's only known by You. Your character could have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, your character could have been wrongfully accussed of something, and as always, your character could totally deserve being capture and detained.

I'd love to read your characters reasons for capture in TESV:Skyrim.

great question not for the roleplay area though moved to General:

That said my Character was sneaking into skyrim to avoid his history, family members wanting him to lead the tribe and he didn't want anything to do with government or responsibility

An Orc that came of age and was kicked out of the stronghold. He was wandering, looking for mercenary work, or perhaps join the legion. He wants to learn to be a better warrior so he can kill his father and I guess have relations with his mother and sisters. I don't think they ever explain that part of Orc culture.

No soul gem large enough.
It was all a simple misunderstanding, m'lord. They found me in the barn with a chicken in me hands and I took the blame for everything. It wasn't even my chicken.

Life is no way to treat an animal.
Simple misunderstanding indeed! You see, back in Black Marsh it's perfectly acceptable for an Argonian to mate with a freshly slaughtered mammal! How was I supposed to know that was the Emperor's prize stallion!?

A Redguard: Got on the wrong side in a bar brawl with some drunk imperial soldiers. They took offense to me kicking their ass, so after a long night of drinking and celebrating winning the fight, I blacked out and woke up in chains.

Enchanter of Toothpicks
I murdered one of the Aldmeri Dominion council members of the Summerset Isles because he said my cheek bones were too low, and was sentanced to death by the Dominion, and escaped, unfortunately, and ran into an imperial ambush... damn Thalmore.

Killed some Thalmore thugs on my first story as a Breton wanderer.

Second is I'm an imperial scout but lost my legion during the ambush battle and got mistaken for a spy without my superiors vouching for me.

After a few years of wandering around the land, searching for adventure, and always getting into trouble my nord thought it might be time to return home. But when she finally arrived, instead of her welcoming family she only found their burned down house. That was when the bandits (or whoever they were) attacked... the next thing she remembered was standing on the blood soaked snow, with dead bodies around her... and imperials drawing near.

A Vigilant of Stendarr that was tracking a nomadic group of vampires with his father(also a Vigilant). Over the years tracking them has made the cat and mouse game personal. They set up a trap, for my Vigilant and his father, knocked my Nord the f*** out, and then proceeded to have his father drawn and quartered. Naked, covered in his fathers blood, it would only seem right for an Imperial border patrol to restrain, clothe, and throw him in the wagon.
