In game, as one of my characters, you would have much more trouble following through with that threat than you realize. As for Northwatch, on my main character I killed all of the guards and made them my undead minions. I used Northwatch as a base of operations and storage facility before getting tired of the boring landscape. So no, it isn't to my "licking".
(In game banter, against cannon fodder NPCs. I'm sure your character can put up a much greater resistance, but it's all in good fun. I don't despise or oppose the Dominion)

I will have you know that not only do our people repair shoes, they also craft them. We do whatever we do very well. If we farm, its art. Cultivating the miracle of life from dirt is truly amazing. Its just the way you choose to look at things. But I'll be darned if Altmer don't try their best at whatever their calling is. Don't reduce yourself to insulting the fine artisans who craft your shoes and grow your bread.
