In game, as one of my characters, you would have much more trouble following through with that threat than you realize. As for Northwatch, on my main character I killed all of the guards and made them my undead minions. I used Northwatch as a base of operations and storage facility before getting tired of the boring landscape. So no, it isn't to my "licking".
(In game banter, against cannon fodder NPCs. I'm sure your character can put up a much greater resistance, but it's all in good fun. I don't despise or oppose the Dominion)

I would Simply use a Paralysis Spell!, and if you tried anything then we would feed you to the nice people living on that island with the castle on it, it would be a nice arrangement to keep the peace between the Thalmor and the Volkihar
