    race: Imperial
    age: 23
skills: Crossbowman, good with longsword, hunter.
weapons: Crossbow named Retribution with bi-pod and silver bolts and a Silver Longsword called Justice.
Unique skills: excellent hearing and sight which helps when hunting.
Armour: wears a full set of black leather including boots, gloves, hood and face mask(covers mouth and nose). He takes off the mask, gloves and hood outside combat.
likes: hunting, nature, reading, killing werewolves and homemade Cookies!
    Dislikes: werewolves and confined spaces.
Looks: short, crimson red hair, pale eyes. no facial hair. He is 5'10, athletic and in good shape.
Background: kylar was born into the the silver hand. his family was hunting werewolves before the order of the silver hand was even formed. as a child he showed great skill with crossbows and was assaigned to serve with the orders hunters.

when Kylar was 15 he had killed his first werewolf. he had been doing a routine patrol with his mother, father and two other members of the silver hand. while on patrol Kylar found werewolf tracks leading father away from the camp. his parents had insisted that they go back for back up but Kylar refused and instead ran ahead of the group. as he followed the tracks he was ambushed by the werewolf who knocked him out when he attacked. when Kylar awoke the werewolf had already killed his mother and the two other members of the silver hand. Kylar's father was still fighting but, despite the werewolf's serious injurys from figthing the others, the werewolf was still winning. before Kylar was able to react the werewolf took off his fathers head in one slash of its great claws. It then turned to Kylar and charged, eager to finish him. Kylar grabbed his crossbow and fired point blank into the creatures face. the arrow struck the creatures trout, stunning but not killing it. knowing he only had a few seconds, Kylar dropped his crossbow and ran to his father corpse and took his fathers sword. Kylar charged at the stunned beast and drove the sword right into its heart, killing it. he then gave his parents and comrades a basic burial and set of back to the silverhand HQ.

From that day on he dedicated his life to honouring his parents memory and serving the silverhand. at 20 he became the master of the orders hunters and when Kir became Leader he had appointed Kylar third in command, right under tristen. he mainly deals with appointing patrols and giving their recon reports to Kir but he also leads large patrols into areas where werewolf's are sighted but rarely finds anything.

Personality: very loyal. a ruthless hunter but easy to get along with when not hunting. he has a deep hatred for werewolves and will stop at nothing untill they are wiped from the earth. his hatred for the werewolves is because of what happened to his parents.
thats him in hunting gear but he would have a crossbow instead. the other one he looks like except older and with pale eyes.

I think the Kumori should have their main base in a cave atop mount Arnor (or whatever that big mountain is west of Windhelm)

that would be mount velothi, the one with the Beothiah and the orc camp.what about you guys could use the outside area of Labyrinthain? that place is huge and like a fortress.

Or, and hear me out on this, we could live in the caverns beneath Solitude and, every night, we'll steal children and turn them then go out and eat rats! Not very glamorous, but the rats are delicious! I know, I've had them.

Too bad I have to kill him. Don't worry, Burag will try and be polite about it; he won't even go into beast form to do it! Not that he ever does, but, you know. Anyway, here's a list of why he has to die-

    1. He's a Silver Hand.
    2. Silver Hand are d*cks.
    3. He began a chat about hair stylists with a Kumori; that shows skill in speechcraft, and we can't be having none of that, no sir!
    4. Burag likes to kill people with nice hair.
    5. I like to kill people with nice hair... except myself, of course.
    6. He managed to speak after having wine sipped from his skull, and Burag isn't a fan of black magic.
    7. Meeblings can go suck it.
    8. Dwemer are the best.
    9. You want me to retrieve my list of reasons to join the Dwemer, Meeb?
    10. DO YOU?!

I feel like the Silver Hand should have a place within Riften, or close to there. The Ula have their headquarters underground, and they have tunnels through each hold that lead from all over the province to their sanctuary. So underground is theirs. As I said, the Kumori kicks it in the mountains in the northern Skyrim. :)

oh i found the instruction booklet. it says that all you have to do is make a werewolf eat it to instantly kill them. now how are we gonna find a werewolf stupid enough to swallow a flashing scepter...wait a minute... were's the scepter?

    *AHEM* Anyways...

I realized that I'm the only on in the Ula that has not posted a character card, so I shall do so now.

Name: Eira Melaan (Pronounced: Eye-rah Ma-lon)

    Rank: Beta

    Gender: Female

    Age: 23

    Race: Nord

Description: Eira is pale, which is to be expected from her Nord heritage, but her skin is almost translucent and she compares it (in her mind) to the moonlight. Her eyes are characteristically silver, like all in the Ula pack, but the depths of which show a hidden hint of light blue like the shadow on snow on a pleasant day. Her face is round with slightly squared jaw. Her cheek bones are high, making her eyes appear smaller in the corners, and they are rather pronounced. Her cheeks are usually naturally flushed, due to her warm-blooded nature and the cold weather clashing. Her nose to round and button like and her mouth is plump and pink lipped. The "cupid's bow" of her lips is very gentle but clearly noticeable in the corners of her mouth which curl up ever so slightly. Her hair is thick but extremely fine giving her hair a look of thinness until you run your hand through it. Her hair is a fine, darkish color of ashy brown and it is very long (coming to her waist) and straight, such as "European hair" usually is. She also has a widow's peak and wears her hair down unless it is a special occasion.

Eira is tall with most of her height coming from the length of her thick muscular legs. Her hips are wide while her waist is small, and her shoulders hold up arms that are connected to very dexterous hands. She keeps her nails well trimmed, and there are multiple small scars that crawl across the pale skin on her hands from simple, minor accidents and from some battles. She is not skinny, unless she stretches her arms above her head, and there is weight in the usual carrying spots which are her hips, lower stomach, backside, and thighs. To say in the least, she is a muscular woman that is soft but firm to the touch and curvy.

Apparel: She wears a gold ring that she's painted a silver color (but is in fact not silver) on her left ring finger for her own purity purposes and she carries a standard steel dagger with her on her hip. Due to her years of reading books by a dim candle flame, her vision is unclear and while tempering with glass she fashioned a pair of glasses. (I can edit that out if need be) Often she is found wearing dark burgundy robes with a black leather ropes cinched at the waist where she hangs her dagger from. If she is ever in need of armor, she wears simple leather armor simply because it is easy to replace and gives her freedom of movement.

Personality: She is very focused on her position as Beta of the Ula, as one should be at such a high ranking, and she is very passionate about the mystical workings of their beastly changes. She is hardy, meaning that she doesn't let a lot get to her, and cold when conducting orders. There are none of her knowledge that have ever seen her truly let her guard down. Due to her guarded nature, she often comes off as having a cold lump of rock where her heart should be. She does not socialize often, and keeps to herself. Whenever she does let her guard down, she is undeniably kind and tender. Her emotions are clearly visible when this happens, but it does not happen often, if at all in recent times. It is no wonder why she has not found a mate yet.

And a wee bit of history: Eira was born into the Ula (obviously otherwise she wouldn't be the beta ;)) and she took to the ways very early on. As a bright child, she had memorized the five tenants before most among her age and learned to pay attention when the adults were speaking about war or tactics or government. She often played mediator among her peers as a child. Due to her advanced learning and dedication, she learned how to be strategic and compromise in conflicts with ease.

When she had reached the ripe age of puberty, she took to reading and writing as well as training to cope with her hormonal changes. She started to become a social recluse at this age but she still retained a strong voice and the ability to take charge in a high pressure situation. She was always the voice of reason and sensibility no matter the situation. Life was lonely then, but she didn't notice through her haze of studies and complicated thoughts. She also befriended the healers of the pack and learned how to clean wounds, though her magical ability in healing was weak.

As she began to finish developing and grew ever closer to adulthood, she still kept her nose buried in her books. She read a book about engineering and Dwarven technology and began to mess with glass cutting a little in hopes of fixing her impaired vision while out of beast form. She succeeded after many trial and errors and framed the pieces of glass in metal so she could wear them when needed. She was a very innovative young woman and it is that innovation and technical thinking that has set up who she is now, mentally, but not socially.

Today, after many years of clawing her way to her position as Beta, she is the seemingly cold calculating woman that you see standing beside the royal daughter, Leilani. By her current age, twenty-three, she knows that she is expected to find a mate and marry, but she ignores the task and focuses on her ever growing research and her duties as Beta to the Ula. She is socially awkward, if it a casual conversation especially with those of the opposite sex, due to her many years skipping out on social interaction, but she transforms every time she needs to take the lead, like she always did during her pubescent stages, and gives clear, concise, and intelligent orders.

The Silver Hand will be based in the Rift at Nillheim believe, it is a sizable area with a tower and only one way to enter via bridge. We can make like we built a fortress on the isle-like area.

Since this is my roleplay, I can dig that.
