TX, you're not exactly gaining sympathy from others the way you're talking. I'd start acting less condescending, if I were you. Like I said: vampires or werewolves and which one is better, depends on which information you prefer. This thread is not necessarily about TES, but about werewolves and vampires in general.

funny how you never mentioned Vampire lord in that rant. And what you are talking about is gameplay stuff. In lore, and any other work of fiction, the Vampire is only strong when they get the upper hand. As soon as the fight swings away from them, they tend to be just like every other vampire, no matter how ancient or cunning.
If you were a Vampire, and I shot you from stealth, and you never caught me, who has the upper hand? You, the vampire, or me, who is using the very thing your fellow vampires love (the darkness) against you?

How original. And not really naming it. "Hybrid" you mean a car that uses gas and electric? How odd.
The fact some people actually like to come up with a label for something beyond a "Hybrid of Werewolf and Vampire" is an odd thing for you to discourage. Especially if in fiction there are multiple things to call "hybrid."

You know it is funny you say that. A hobby of mine has become shooting invisible vampires when they realize that they can't win and try to run.
I notice vampires are associated with mostly nobles, darkness, and magic. Ironically in most cultures this is associated with cowardice and weakness. Which begs the question who wants to be vampires? Stereotypes seem to make it out to be the weakest of humans. The greedy, the weak, and the pathetic. Which is probably why stories with Vampires often talk about the exceptional vampire that is actually strong in heart and mind.
Now admittedly this means werewolves are usually the dirty, dumb, and violent ones. Though there is at least the connection to nature and one's natural self.

When this thread is stated as "in general" and not just TES, you failed when you kept posting in-game as all knowledge and anyone who does not adhere to it is wrong.
As I said, I would personally rather not want to be a wild beast who loses his mind once a month or a blood sucker who cannot enjoy the sun because it would kill me, TES or not.

the video was funny and not meant to insult you. And you know you're right? How come you did not reply to my original post to you? I said this thread is not just about the vampires and werewolves in the Elder Scrolls. And since both creatures are mythical and mentioned in many cultures and religions, there is a lot of contradicting information. In some versions werewolves are stronger, in other versions vampires are stronger. So it depends on which 'story' you prefer. There is no clear answer to the question who is stronger.
I told you that before. You didn't reply to it. It's easy to claim you're right when you ignore the post where you are proven wrong.

would you accept anything that enhanced someone beyond Human capabilities? answer me this if a vampire had No weakness at all and a Werewolf had no weakness at all what would you choose and give me a reason why. I believe having a weakness to Sunlight woulden't be to hard to deal with as long as it wasn't explode the 2nd light touches you I already live in Darkness so meh, but how could anyone possible live with forceful shapeshifting in many stories a werewolf transfromation is one of the most painful things anyone can endure

No weaknesses? Still neither. I am neither so would not want to give up my humanity at all. even if both had no weaknesses at all.
A Vampire without getting boiled alive by the sun is simply a goth kid who drinks blood. A werewolf without the forceful transformation is not a true werewolf.

Well it sounds like a scapegoat.
But I would still go with werewolf. I mean sure it is painful tranforming your entire bone structure and muscles. But you can get used to it. And in a world without magic Vampires have a very limited power, assides from getting more gaunt and ugly.
Then again I am from the country so the idea of running wild through the wilderness sounds fun. Noting that the "key" weakness of Lycanthropy is losing control.
Plus enhanced senses all the time sounds pretty crazy. Oh that and I am not that hairy so that "extra hair" effect they sometimes have isn't really to inconvenient for me.

I dunno. I feel like I'd get my money's worth and then some by going up to people I hate and use Vampiric Drain on them.
