So this is gonna be available for consoles too?
Almost definitely not. That is illegal, as far as I'm aware.
Oh, ok. Bummer. The OP was misleading in saying that it doesn't matter if you are on console or PC. In that case, I couldn't care less about either.

I meant in modding discussions
I don't know about you, but to me illegal is illegal.
But since I don't have a PC that could run even Oblivion, so I won't be getting either anyway.
How is this any more illegal than normal mods?
Something about porting one game in another's engine, and it being in violation with the of the Elder Scrolls Creation Kit's EULA.
Several sources seemed to agree on the illegality. But I don't really know; it's just what I read.
Screw that you need oblivion and Morrowind on your PC to play them, Im looking forward to Beyond Skyrim
It is being made by a large group of modders, Falskaar was made by 1 person and a group of voice actors and I have yet to see a bug from it, beyond skyrim is supposed to have all of Tamriel as a map making the Skyrim Game map 6 or 7 times larger than the vanilla Game and the good thing is they are using Concept art from ESO to design places that we have not seen and yes it will be different then Online but 1000 Years has passed a lot of Big landscape changing things can happen in 1000 Years like Massive Earthquakes, Volcanic Eruptions, ruins can be built some can be covered in dirt from landslides, some could be hidden below the surface and so on.Screw that you need oblivion and Morrowind on your PC to play them, Im looking forward to Beyond Skyrim
If this happens and it isn't a bug riddled mess, I'm buying a PC the next day. I've been watching that mod very closely.

It goes beyond that. The Elder Scrolls games use software licensed from other companies for the games, e.g. Havok physics engine for Oblivion and Havok physics coding for Skyrim. Licenses like that are generally very narrow in their scope and limited to use in a specified application (e.g. Oblivion for the former and Skyrim for the latter). Bethesda most likely doesn't even have the authority to grant licenses to do what the developers behind the projects are doing. It also has an obligation to its licensors to make good faith efforts to prevent violation of the licenses by its customers (it's a standard provision in most technology licenses). So there are actually two forms of copyright infringement going on, one against Bethesda's copyrights and others against its licensors.I don't know about you, but to me illegal is illegal.

Then Go to the Dark Creations Website and sign up, The more people working on the mod the sooner it will be doneIt is being made by a large group of modders, Falskaar was made by 1 person and a group of voice actors and I have yet to see a bug from it
Slightly off-topic (sorry all) but I sure wish I could be a voice actor on stuff like this! I've been practicing my Khajiit and Argonian accents since the day Morrowind came out.

Ya. I have high hopes and everything I've read sounds really good. I've seen what kind of power an online community can wield in matters like this. I'm not only excited about the scope of the game, I also have a lot of faith in the community regarding the matters upkeep and patches. Hopefully not blind faith.
Seriosly if they add quests which I heard they will how long do you think it would take to finish the entire game, Everything from start to finish including dawnguard and dragonborn among other enhancement mods?well there goes my bank account for a gaming computer just to play these master pieces
