So I downloaded Dawnguard last night after work. I then went into my game and ran through Ill Met By Moonlight, got the Ring of Hircine, and fed enough that the game said I unlocked a Werewolf Perk. However I can't seem to find the perk tree. It's not in Skills, which also shows no unassigned perks.
Is there somewhere else I am supposed to look? Is this a save issue and it might show up when I get back on tonight? Do I have to do the Totems quest before the tree's available, or do I have to do an actual Dawnguard quest before it's available?
