Considering this expansion is considerably smaller than Dawnguard, I hold out hope that Hearthfire will make it's way to the PS3.

im not worried about not getting dawnguard or hearthfire. I'm worried about how something similar to the shivering isles could possibly work on PS3 if dawnguard doesn't work or is this hard to program. I'm not playing the blame game. but that would be very frustrating because a dlc like the shivering isles is like a whole new game
besides diddnt they say that we will release after 1.7 and hearthfire is really small compared to dawnguard so why not?The problem with dlc on the Ps3 is a hardware/technical problem with the actual Ps3 itself. Hearthfire might make it, but its doubtful. There is a very small chance that Dawnguard will, unfortunately. Also, there is no reason why Bethesda should make it free or half price. They might make it a few dollars cheaper, but half price or free would make Pc and Xbox gamers rather upset. Bethesda has no obligation to even release dlc for any or all platforms. Gamers on one platform are not entitled to content that might come out on another. Also, it is going to be more difficult to get the dlc working on Ps3, so selling it for cheaper wouldn't be worth it budget wise.

which is why they should atleast release it or work on the PS3 version first -.- that way we might actually be a few weeks earlier
