I recently finished downloading skyrim for the PC, and so have discovered the console commands. I was, uh, experimenting with white souls in the Dragonborn test room, with the cage and the buttons. As intrigued as I am with the weak minds of Cultists, I have successfully 'tamed' three cultists. They seem to now be completely non-hostile, even when walking around them shooting firebolts inches from their faces. I simply bent their wills a few times and voila! Friendly cultists!
I now have them locked in the cage, because I don't want to hurt them.
