PS3 Stuck in sneak/crouch

Hi all, decided to jump in and start playing again. Haven't done the imperial side of the war so really wanted to give that a shot.

So I am very early in to my game, and after dying my first round through bleak falls barrow, when my game was restored, I have been stuck in sneak mode. No sneak eye however, my character is just crouching and rolling when I sprint.

Don't have an earlier save available.

Tried another character, and they are just fine.

Any ideas?

I've had that happen before and it came off when I fast traveled, but I just found another topic here in which they recommend using a cooking spit or some kind of work station like that.

If that doesn't work, the only other alternative I could find was loading a previous save, which is never fun.

Or try shifting into werewolf or vampire Lord form

Mining also forces you out of sneak mode
