Spoiler Stone of Barenziah in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary?

I want to collect all the stones of Barenziah, but there seems to be one in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary in Astrid's room.
I've already finished the DB questline, so the Falkreath sanctuary is wrecked. I checked and the stone doesn't seem to be there.

Is it lost? Where do I find it?

It should still be there, sitting on top of a dresser in Astrid's room even after the place has been wrecked, if not, then it's glitched
