Steel arrow stuck in eye

Got nice steel arrow thatpierced my head. I really dont wanna see that on my hot nord women. Is there any way to remove it? Cant restore my last save anymore due to crasshes. I had to delete it.

I had this same problem, just find an archer and let him shoot you a few times. Should disappear after that.
