Sneak attacks and 1handed perks

Simple question, do the 1handed perks +20% +40% dmg etc affect sneak attacks with daggers?

The multiplier from any sneak attack is only applied to the base damage of the weapon. Any bonuses from perks, potions, enchantments etc... are applied AFTER this. This is true whether you are talking about the automatic 2x sneak damage, or any of the perks that increase it.

Yes, they will affect the damage. Sneaking does not change what type of attack it is. if you use a 1h weapon, anything that increases 1h damage will still apply.

Remember though that there are certain perks on the one hand tree that only work with swords axes maces. I believe it is bladesman that works with swords but not daggers. Daggers only benefit from armsmen, dual flurry, and a couple other bonuses.

It's actually 7 of the 10 that will affect daggers. Only the three powers that are each exclusive to swords, axes or maces don't apply.
