Just a piece of lore about Jokar, to make things clear:
He is VERY much like Paarthurnax, in the whole "every day is a challenge" way. The vampire in him is so strong, that he is literally fighting it every single moment of his life, so the pressure on his mind is so massive, that he's slowly killing himself, from the fight with him. His human side, and the vampire are tearing each other to pieces, and the one with the most of itself still intact in the end wins, and then the ghosts and spirits taking control of his mind as well, are really just there to toy with him even more. He thinks they're there to help him, through a very unorthodox way...
So dialogues such as that one with Ralyx, REALLY fires up the vampire in him, both the temptations from within himself, as well as hearing Ralyx talking about how much he could become, while he was in such a weakened state, really didn't help is good side at all, so thanks Kim!
Hahahahhaha jokar is a mental piece of ash (Not a typo, I meant ash.)
