pommel of mehrunes razor

im trying to get the pommel of mehrunes razor and it says its underneath the map..
im on xbox so theres not really anyway to get it. is this a bug ? i did clear the place before i did the quest.

According to the UESP wiki there is a few ways to actually get to the site.
Have you been to Hag Rock Redoubt?

yeahh ive done the quest in my last game. and ive been there in my game, but before the quest, i cleared that place. and i know the pommel is on the 'boss' who is a named hagraven. but seeing as how i cleared it i guess i killed her, because shes not where she should be. also ,when im outside of the redoubt it has the arrow without that square, meaning you dont have to enter a door or anything. and it pointing to a place underneath a mountain. i went through the whole place just to see if its pointing to a place inside there. and its nowhere to be found.

it will tell you to go through the redoubt, but you don't have to. Just go into Hag's rock and it should be in there somewhere

the thing is its not telling me to through the redoubt. its pointing literally underneath a mountain. i also tried to use 'clairvoyance' and that also leads me right into the side of a rock. i looked where it should be near the word wall. but theres no hagraven anywhere. ill look around the area more i guess

oh, I see, so you've got a glitch now.
Are you on a PC?
if so use the console command "tcl" (no clip mode) and then you can go "underground"

oh, nevermind, after typing that I went up and looked and you're on an xbox. unfortunately, then I don't know what to suggest. maybe stand right over the spot where it was supposed to be and see if you can "find" it and pick it up? Otherwise, I can only suggest to reload an older save.

ok, so, im pretty happy right now, because i managed to find "drascua" the hagraven carrying the pommel. somehow, luckily, i managed to glitch under the map using a platter and whirlwind sprint. and as it turns out the hagraven is, actually underneath the map for some reason. shes in bewtween two rocks in a total unreachable place, but i got to her ! haha. i had to shout my through the platter and through the rocks, then again once more to finally get to her. i checked on elderscrolls wiki, it says you did actually bug the quest by clearing the place before getting it. but i did get it !
