MoBo have FM2 Socket and supports 4 cores.
CPU have AM3+ socket and has 6 cores.

So seems not compatible.

Mobo needs to be AM3 or AM3+ socket. Other than that all looks good.

To add: I think you should add some more RAM. You might not NEED it, but I highly recommend it so you don't have to worry about not having enough. 4GB is pretty "bare bone" IMO.
