PS3 Not able to move

I am able to turn the camera when in third person, not able to when i have weapons unholstered. i am able to use my whirlwind sprint to move but that is it. I am not able to rotate character, go into sneak or anything like that. if this has anything to do with me just aquiring the Nettlebane weapon i am not sure.

but if i get on a horse i am able to move about. But not able to use fast travel

ive tried loading a new game and everything else but nothing seems to work

Have you tried deleting all the Skyrim patch data and allow it to reload it all?
