I've compiled my list of mages with detailed and fleshed-out backstories. Most of the builds I chose were made by Skypothesis purely because of the cinematic character presentation and lore-abiding backstories he creates for each and every character. However, there are other Skyrim Build creators that also graced my list. In this article, I seek to present powerful magic builds that make for interesting gameplay while also enabling you to roleplay to your heart's content.
Pure mage builds are usually not my first choice but most of these builds actually lured me into the mysterious world of magic-wielding and staff sorcery.
