Moving from PS3 to PC, can i run it?

Hi everyone, I currently play skyrim on PS3...level 25 nord, the game is nice and all, im really enjoying it but i recently upgraded my PC and skyrim looks 3x epic on PC so im wondering if i can run it on some decent settings to make the move...im also looking to have a better visual experience on PC and to have less FPS drop,lag problems.

AMD athlon ii x2 255 dual core 3.1 ghz cpu
4gb ram
radeon hd 6570 1gb
500 watts psu
directx11
1400x900 lcd monitor
windows 7 64 bits

I dont know much about this stuff, so thats why im asking....
