Mouse/Key Bindings Fubar

OK, here is my problem. I can't get the game to hold mouse buttons for spells. I can assign m1 to either flame or restoration. m2 will not bind. Everything was working fine and after a death all my spellbind keys were wiped clean and I had the m2 problem after that. I have tried loading older saves and I have the same problem. I am really not wanting to re-instal since my Mage is L20. Any help?

What you can do is in the menu where you change keys, just press T and it should reset everything back to default bindings.

I tried the "D" with no luck. I decided to just re-install the game and now it's only opening in a small window and I can't get it back to FS.

Use the "Options" in that first splash screen to tweak some of the settings (like screen res and windowed mode).
