In this quest you have to rescue Thorald GrayMane from the Thalmor. You can slaughter the camp to free him but there is also a peacful option for this quest. The problem is I dont know how to accomplish it. If you talk to the thalmor they say to ask the imperial legion. After becoming legate and conpleting legion quests general tullius still wont help you. I read somehwere that if you wear the armor that legate rikke has then they will let you take Thorald but I have jo idea how to gte the armor. Any help?
