Is it leveled? Because At level 18 when i killed him It only had fortify magic 50 points, but I had been hearing accounts of 60 and 70.

Yes it is levelled as when I did it I got the 70 point one, I'm level 66.

I think it is based on level. I'm at 59 and I got 60 extra points with the enchantment.

BTW, I love Miirak's sword
