Imperial Legion?

How do I join it? Does anyone know? I was part of the companions but since you have to become a werewolf to progress, I declined. Hope the Imperial Legion is a better option. Just where to find it, to join it is the question.

Being a werewolf would not effect joining the Imperial Legion at all. All you have to do is go to Solitude, and in the castle is the General of the Imperial Legion, talk to him about joining.
