Ok. Now all you have to do is in skyrim, go to Riften and enter mistveil keep.
Next inside find the mage Wylandriah.
Talk to her. Choose the topic "What has you so preoccupied?" After she speaks choose any of the 3 choices and enjoy.
Go ahead and do it multiple times choosing different lines each time.
