I'm using a laptop, but I can give you the specs.

Windows 7 64bit
Intel Core 2 duo p8700 2.53GHz
ATI mobility radeon HD 4650
4 gb ram

I get the occasional frame rate lag, but nothing crippling. Overall the game runs pretty well on 'high' graphics settings.

Windows 7 x64 w/SP1
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T @ 3.3GHz not OC'd at all
6GB PC6400 800MHz Ram at stock timings and voltage
GeForce GTX460 1GB DDR5 OC'd manually to 825MHz clock
2x1TB WD Caviar Black SATA drives
24" LG flatscreen HDMI monitor with 1080p (supposedly)

Runs like stockings of the finest silk, on Ultra with 8X AA in game, V-Sync off, Triple buffering on and NVCpl set up to enhance application settings for AA. Previous cpu was an AMD X2 6000+ run with a GeForce 8800GT and that thing had all kinds of trouble with Oblivion and used to black screen no signal me on Fallout 3 like clockwork at Tranquility Lane. I play a tape of me saying "that's over" on loop now just for the joker grins!

i7-2600k OC'd to 4.73ghz
8GB DDR3 15000mhz Corsair Vengeance
ATI Radeon 6950 2 GB unlocked to 6970
120GB Intel 320 series SSD paired with 3 1TB mechanical drives
24" Asus Monitor

I have no issues hear other than a bit of tearing here and there. Everything on max settings.
