Spoiler Hunt Quest Issue

Hi guys,

I've received the quest to kill a Dawnguard member at a random place.

Thing is this random place is the purchasable house in Riften, Honeyside, which I don't own and don't plan on blowing money on.

Help please!

Does it require a key to get in? If so, start saving. Or maybe you can pickpocket the key from the steward or yarl. If it's a normal lock you should have excellent sneaking, locking skills as a vampire.
