PS4 How do I marry Teldryn Sero?

So, after doing some research on followers I came across Teldryn Sero - a dark elf who is pretty bangin'. Being a dark elf too I want my character to marry the same race, and he seems like a cool NPC and follower all around. However, I just got the Mara necklace and no new options have appeared for him yet. Does it just take a little while to kick in or something? I tried looking this up and it keeps coming up with a mod and i'm getting a little frustrated. Surely I can marry this dude right? I can marry other followers so why not him? Anyway, would really love an answer to this. Even if it's just a simple "you can marry him" would be great at this point. Or, if there's actually a mod for ps4 that allows this that would be awesome to know too

Teldryn Sero is not marriageable. And the mods I saw to fix it are not available in PS4
