Seriously, I mean, they aren't AMAZINGLY COMPLEX or anything, but I find these puzzles to be surprisingly... entertaining.

Discuss.

Indeed they are, and as you said they aren't exactly difficult, but it took me a while to figure out some of them. Off topic but has anybody played Baldurs Gate 2 Shadows of Amn? the puzzles and riddles in that game were enough to stop some people in their tracks for a few days

I've heard Baldur's Gate games are pretty good, but haven't played them.

Though, in Skyrim... I like how you have to read riddles in books in order to solve some puzzles, that's nifty.

The Dragon Claws got stale pretty quick, though.

I agree. However, some of the puzzles I've come across have actually proved quite a challenge, but that is normally just when I'm being stupid and don't notice that the answer to the puzzle is basically right in front of my eyes.

Normally I get through them really quick yet still find them quite fun to do. I'm glad there not amazingly complex as it'd make me ragequit the game. :p

You'd know that when it comes puzzletime... I just so happen to be... well.. 'under the influence'.

Especially that one... can't remember where, but the hallway zig-zags, and the stones are staggered awkwardly... with the symbols two on either wall right at the beginning of the corridor.

Honestly sometimes I get stumped harder trying to find the lever/switch to open the quick way out of dungeons

Lol, yea. I'm glad they started designing the dungeons like that... I mean yea, it kills the immersion to always have a shortcut out... but really, I hate backtracking to get out of a massive-ass dungeon.

Man I just remember the corprusarium in Morrowind and how my character spent a good couple of months down there it was so big and difficult

the ones that have got me stumped are the ones I keep finding that need some other component that I don't know what it is... in this case, I've found a dwarven mechanism and it says I don't have a component... and I've no Idea what it is...

It is something you get from main quest line toward the end. That mechanism just leads you to Blackreach anyway, and you will get your fill of that place later trust me

Yea, don't fret, just do some more main quest.

My biggest puzzle? Overthinking. Seriously, spent literally an hour trying to figure out how to get through a door... only to find out there's a key hanging right next to it.

/facepalm... arrow to the knee... doh!
