Horse armor

So i just got this game and i was wondering if you can get horse armor, or did i just waiste my money on a horse cause they suck?

There is no horse armor that I am aware of, sorry. But, horses have some awesome talents. Don't give up on them so easily just yet.

And no there is no horse armor in Skyrim, that was a dlc for Oblivion
