Guild Wars 2: What Race & Profession will you choose?

For those who play or are going to play Guild Wars 2. What Race & Profession will you go for? (Feel free to also leave your favourite weapon combinations/attunements etc.)

I will be playing a Sylvari Mesmer with Scepter/Focus & Staff although the Elementalist Air attunement with the two daggers (Lightning Bolt & Electric whip ftw) looks to be fun as well!
