Game ending glitch?

So, about 80% into the main story on my, 20th or so playthrough, I went back to take the Elder Scroll to Parthruunax, but there is an issue.
When I get there, Parthruunax is nowhere to be seen, and the mission is no longer in my journal.
I've tried disabling mods, repeating the trip to the top of the mountain, and it only repeats.
Anyone know what the hell happened? I can't even load a save, I've been quick saving the whole playthrough..

Try using the console commands to make him appear.... >.> maybe he went sleeping or someone was an azz and serious Fked up your game lol
