He is not at his location in the college, he is not in the basement in windhelm. He has disappeared, I have already purchased 2 hearts from him and wanted more. He is gone whats the problem? Im on xbox.

I have tried all 24 hours seperately, hes not around. You say wake his ass up, hes not even around to do that.

couple of thoughts... have dragons attacked the college while you were there? maybe he got killed (can he be killed?).
alternately, have you gone down to the town of Winterhold. I have occassionally seen the mages wandering around there, especially after I've cleared up the name of the college and become the arch-mage.
