In my opinion, Valenwood or the Black Marsh. I mean, these two places are the most interesting of all provinces in Skyrim, with deep lore and a massive collection of fascinating flora and fauna species. Also, these two places have very different aesthetic appeal as compared to the other provinces, with a very very unique and previously almost completely unexplored locations and environment (If you don't consider ESO as canon). Also experiencing the Bosmer and the Argonians in their natural habitat would, in my humble opinion, make a damn fine premise for epic storytelling!
ESO is really bad and I've experienced lags and other technical difficulties with the game. I don't even like the game itself.Hopefully it is better than the hot mess they screwed up with ESO MMO disaster. I've heard tons of bad press on how sucky it is.
It'll come. I'm actually hoping for Elsweyr. It's not all desert, although there is a lot of that.. But for the variety and culture of the Khajiit t'would be fascinating.I think that it's been confirmed around Argonia but not for a fact. If TES6 would come out some people say that it would be for Elsweyr but I don't think so. Since Elsweyr is supposed to be barren desert I feel like it would be similar to solstheim so what would be the point in that?? Also all of the TES games have come out at least 5 years apart from eachother and Bethesda said to not expect TES6 any time soon so either it won't come out at all or it will come out in the next 10 years. If it doesn't, then it won't come.

I can see Summerset as being the logical next location. Going back and playing Oblivion after Skyrim, it occurred to me how many references there were to Skyrim and the Dragonborn in that game. Now, in Skyrim, aside from the indigenous Nords, the race that seems the most focused on are the Altmer. Like you said virtually setting us up for a trip to Summerset. I can even see the Dragonborn used as a means for an end to the civil war, perhaps via the Season Unending quest.I seem to remember somebody from Bethesda saying that the settings are partially chosen based on which region has the most developed lore that has yet to be directly explored in a previous game (excluding Arena, of course). If that's true, I think Black Marsh, Elsweyr, or the Summerset Isles are likely candidates. They could even do Black Marsh and Elsweyr together, as they are kinda neighbours, besides that pesky chunk of Cyrodiil (but it would hardly be the first map with an irregular shape - and they could approach it like The Witcher 3 did with a sea excursion necessary to move between the two), and all of that historical animosity between the two could open up some interesting plot threads.
Skyrim certainly seemed to be setting us up for the Summerset Isles, though, and the war between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion remains unresolved as of TESV, so if I had to guess logically, I'd say that'd be the place we venture to in the next game.
As for where I'd personally like the next game to be set... Akavir! Oh my god, Akavir! Please! I used to be in two minds about it, as I think part of the allure of Akavir is that it's so mysterious and alien, and that mystery would be lost if we had a game set there. But sod it, I think Akavir would make for an absolutely incredible, unique addition to the series, and I'd love to see the place in detail! We know so little about it, that the landscape could make Morrowind look positively normal by comparison, and all of those new races and cultures to explore.
