Dual casting perk for conj?

Hi i had a question regarding this perk, i play a death knight atm that specializes in heavy armor, 1h, resto, destro and conj((of course for minions)) does dual casting allow you to raise more powerful bodies? also i heard it does NOT make bound weapons last longer. end question. is it worth it?

No, it just doubles the duration for everything (including bound weapons; whoever said it doesn't is wrong). Bound Sword is fundamentally flawed, as when dual-cast it appears in the left hand, not the right, making it worthless if you use a shield.
