I tried looking up this information but couldn't find a solid answer. Im excited about the PS3 Dragonborn DLC but I was wondering a couple of things.
1) Will Dragonborn increase the level capacity? If so too what?
2) I heard their is an in-game non glitch option to reset your skills, is this true? Any limitations?
