After I get everyone distracted, the door Malborn is supposed to unlock is gone completely. I flew around and saw the entire kitchen is missing too. Any fixes?

try to reload to a previous save or restart the game, usually works for me

 

[Extermination]

Got the same problem, restarting doesn't work, patching doesn't work, validating files doesn't work, reverting to an older save didn't work. What gives yo'?
